Before the call (5 min)
Once you book, you'll get a short brief to fill in: your business URL, current stage, and the main challenge you're trying to solve. The form means we arrive at the call with context, not introductions.

On the call (30 min)
We listen. You talk. We ask questions. By the end, you'll either have a clear sense of what an engagement would look like, a specific recommendation for next steps you can take yourself, or an honest 'we're not the right fit and here's who is.'

After the call
If we're aligned, you'll get a written scoped proposal within 3 business days — deliverables, timeline, fixed pricing. If we're not, no follow-up emails, no 'checking in' sequences. We don't chase.
